Concept + Moodboard
We discuss the space, your needs and budget, then establish the project’s visual concept to guide the choices in the following stages.
What you receive

- A colour palette and a visual direction for the project.
Real-time (RT) 3D project visualisation
We view the 3D project together and discuss each area, so we can spot any adjustments early, before work begins.
What it includes
- Exploring the 3D model from different angles and checking proportions.
- During the presentation, we can change materials, colours and lighting in real time, with the results visible immediately.
2D drawings
We prepare dimensioned 2D drawings for construction and coordinate the details with the specialists involved.
What you receive
- A furniture layout that takes circulation and each room’s function into account.
- Floor, wall and ceiling finish plans.
- Electrical plans showing the positions of light fittings, sockets, switches and other electrical elements.
Quantity schedules
We compile the selected materials and products to help estimate costs and prepare purchases.
What you receive
- Schedules with the quantities needed for each type of finish.
- Lighting, furniture and decorative item schedules, with quantities, specifications and suppliers.
Availability and prices are checked when ordering.
Custom furniture + Schedule
We design furniture to fit the space and the overall design. The details are prepared for discussion with the maker and production.
What you receive
- A furniture schedule with 3D views for each custom piece.
- Dimensions, internal layouts and materials to guide the maker.
Consultation and coordination
During the work, we clarify details with contractors and help you make the decisions that arise along the way.
What it includes
- Coordination of the site teams and consolidation of the investment budget.
- Site visits to review details and discuss any adjustments needed.
- Consultation by phone, WhatsApp or Zoom, supplier visits and sample collection.
Consultation and coordination are agreed separately from design, according to the work and the level of involvement you need.
